The Training & Placement Cell of Catalyst College, Patna plays a key role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The Cell conducts focused preparation for competitive and national-level recruitment exams such as Wipro–WILP, TCS NQT, and Deloitte–NLA, along with regular aptitude training, technical skill sessions, and soft-skill development programs. Special emphasis is placed on interview handling sessions, mock interviews, group discussions, and assessment simulations to build student confidence and professional readiness.
In addition, the Training & Placement Cell organizes workshops, seminars, and expert talks by industry professionals and facilitates on-campus and off-campus placement drives, internships, and industry interactions.
