Commitment to a Ragging-Free Campus
Catalyst College follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and intellectually enriching environment for all students.
In accordance with the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and UGC Anti-Ragging Regulations, ragging in any form is a serious and punishable offence. The College’s Anti-Ragging Cell actively works to prevent incidents through continuous vigilance, awareness initiatives, and strict disciplinary action whenever required.
Every student plays a role in maintaining a positive campus culture. Students are encouraged to report any grievance or concern without fear.

Objectives
- To absolutely prohibit and eliminate ragging activities on campus.
- To create an atmosphere of discipline and mutual respect.
- To provide an accessible mechanism for students to report grievances.
- To ensure compliance with UGC guidelines regarding student safety.
The Anti-Ragging Committee is empowered to take immediate action upon receiving any complaint. As pe the rule it consists a Chairperson (Principal / Director), Members, which includes Senior Members of Faculty, Admin Staff, Student Representatives and some External Members.
